Network Chat is a 32 bit windows text messaging program. Its purpose is to send text messages over a TCP/IP network using the UDP protocol. Network chat has the following abilities that are not in winpopup:Ability to log messages sent from anyone in the chat room. This logging includes their message, IP address, username, date and time. And various other messages such as when a new member enters or leaves that chat room.
This feature is useful if, you want to monitor what is being said and keep a record at the same time as doing something else.
